I've noticed before that rezzing the player is very low priority for henchmen. They will rez the rest of the heroes and henchmen before you. As if you can't be rezzed unless you can be fully protected.
Of course, that is only after a battle. During a battle you get rezzed immediately right where you fell, so that the mob surrounding you can kill you again before you can hit them once.

Human I. I doubt its Artificial. But I agree that most Mistakes come from humans. What annoys me most about hench ressing is when I (or my hench/minions etc) have acidentally aggored a lot of enemies, who ahve wiped the floor with us except say, a monk and one other. The monk will then somehow pull off a res spell on me, just before he dies, and I'll come back and be pretty much instantly killed by the mob, and incur another 15% DP. I'd much rather prefer it if the monk had just died, and we could all come back at the res shrine for another attempt -without the added DP.

Can you order heroes after you're dead? I haven't tried that yet...

You are rezzed last if you dont carry a res or you have used your current res sig. Basically, you are res'd last if you cant res'd others.

REZ order for AI
human with hard rez > hench or heroe with hard rez > human with rez signet (not used)> hench or heroe with rez signet (not used)
I understand that people that fight 3 patroals are the good ones and dont carry hard rez or rez signet, i right? you dont get any rez? i correct?
Well hench stay with you ever, if some hench is dead away from agroo bubble the hench dont run to rez them...
You dont have any rez, the henchs dont rez you because you is useless for them, they think we kill all foes and stay alive this ****** human and his precious heroes are dead... and he call us stupids, let him dead...
LoL just a joke, you is dead not carry any rez and heroes away from bubble. no rez for you... i right?
This is a very old bug...

I only encounter this problem if the henchies have already used their sigs... in which case I flag them into a mob.

playing as a monk, i'm glad my heroes and henchies know how important i am to their party . They always rez me REAL fast if i go down, and i'm always the first back up if several go down.
but that doesn't explain why one time i didn't bother to bring a rez while exploring, and the only monk hench left didn't rez me. unfortunately before the days of /resign and flags.
